This Early Career Researcher (ECR) workshop will explore key challenges in energy systems and storage research and applications, along with the opportunities AI offers to address these challenges. Bringing together leading researchers and industry experts in energy systems, storage and AI, the workshop will feature presentations on the latest advancements and applications of AI-driven tools in energy systems and storage, followed by engaging discussions. Topics will cover current research progress, practical implementations, and the future potential of AI in the sector.

Student Conference Pass
Upon registration all students are instructed to send an image of their valid student card to ukes@sheffield.ac.uk for verification. Student cards must be valid at the time of the conference, with an expiration date no earlier than 17 April 2025.
If this has not been received by 14 April 2025, students will be required to show a valid student card upon arrival at the conference. Failure to provide this may result in being denied entry to the conference.
Presenter Registration
At least one author of each abstract must register in full, if selected to present, by 17 March 2025.
