Our conference covers a broad range of topics, allowing for a comprehensive exploration of the sector. We invite abstracts for oral and poster presentations from a wide range of topics relating to energy storage, with the main themes of the conference:
Hydrogen & Other Fuels
Electrical Energy Storage
Thermal & Mechanical Storage
Systems & Integration
Materials for Storage
Policy & Markets
All submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Successful submissions will be invited to present an oral or poster presentation, and will receive further guidance on their presentation.
Oral presentations will be divided into groups by conference theme. Presenters will have approximately 15 minutes to present, including Q&A. Unsuccessful oral abstracts may be offered the chance to alternatively present a poster.
Posters will be A1 in size (portrait or landscape, A0 can be accommodated in portrait orientation only), displayed throughout the conference, assessed during a dedicated session, and prizes awarded.
At least one author must register for every contribution.
Please follow the below instructions when preparing your abstract in the word processor of your choice:
Abstracts are limited to 500 words. This does not include the title or authors / presenters.
You can add up to 5 keywords and 1 figure
Add a statement of up to 100 words explaining why your submission is innovative and/or creative.
Only abstracts submitted in English will be accepted and abstracts should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar.
Unusual abbreviations must be spelled out on first use.
You can submit more than one abstract as a presenter, however there will be a limit of one oral presentation per presenter (Each abstract will be evaluated independently. There are no guarantees that by submitting multiple abstracts one will be selected as a talk)
Abstracts can be submitted free of charge
The submission platform will open shortly and will stay open until 05.12.2025
We are currently exploring options to publish Conference Proceedings with full (6 page) conference papers. This will be optional and more details will be provided in the coming weeks.
