Full Conference Pass
The Full Conference Pass includes access to all programmed events, conference delegate pack, two course buffet lunch and refreshments throughout, and includes the Gala Dinner on Wednesday 7 April.
Any Final Registration Deadline extensions will be announced in 2027
An additional Conference dinner place can be booked during registration for £105.

Student Conference Pass
Upon registration all students are instructed to send an image of their valid student card to UKES2027@manchester.ac.uk for verification. Student cards must be valid at the time of the conference, with an expiration date no earlier than 8 April 2027.
If this has not been received by 4 April 2027, students will be required to show a valid student card upon arrival at the conference. Failure to provide this may result in being denied entry to the conference.
Presenter Registration
At least one author of each abstract must register in full, if selected to present, by 1 February 2027.
Cancellation Terms
Please provide written notice to UKES2027@manchester.ac.uk to cancel your registration and receive the percentage refund stated below:
Received up to 8 weeks before date of conference – 100%
Received between 8 weeks and up to 4 weeks before date of conference – 50%
Received between 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before date of conference – 25%
Received less than 2 weeks before date of conference – 0%
