The registration fee in 2025 was around £400 plus/minus £50 depending on attendee (student or not) and early/normal registration. The registration fee for UKES26 will be similar. The exact amount will be confirmed once registration opens.

The Full Conference Pass includes access to all programmed events, conference delegate pack, two course buffet lunch and refreshments throughout, and includes the Gala Dinner on Thursday 16 April.

Student Conference Pass
Upon registration all students are instructed to send an image of their valid student card to UKES26@ed.ac.uk for verification. Student cards must be valid at the time of the conference, with an expiration date no earlier than 17 April 2026.
If this has not been received by 14 April 2026, students will be required to show a valid student card upon arrival at the conference. Failure to provide this may result in being denied entry to the conference.
Presenter Registration
At least one author of each abstract must register in full, if selected to present, by 13 March 2026.
Cancellation Terms
Please provide written notice to UKES26@ed.ac.uk to cancel your registration and receive the percentage refund stated below:
Received up to 8 weeks before date of conference – 100%
Received between 8 weeks and up to 4 weeks before date of conference – 50%
Received between 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before date of conference – 25%
Received less than 2 weeks before date of conference – 0%
